This is a picture of The Kilauea Volcanic System. This lava flow is how the Hawaiian Islands were built. As the lava flow of the Kilauea Volcano meets the sea, it cools and gets hard. This is new Hawaiian land being made in front of your eyes during your volcano helicopter tour.
